I am the first person to tell you that you can't take care of those you love if you are not taking care of yourself. So why is it that I have put myself last?
I am exhausted. And no matter how much I try to recharge the battery, it is only half full.
Cancer sucks the life out of everyone involved.
Tomorrow is a new day, and I am looking forward to it.

He is the strongest bear in the forrest!
Matthew was diagnosed 90 days ago with T Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Out of nowhere our typical, lovable, crazy, just about to start kindergarten and play soccer, Bear, had a cold, so we thought, it got worse, so we thought, more antibiotics? So we thought? More tests, and more and more tests, all negative. Then the phone rang, it was his pediatrician, "I wish I had better news for you".
